A newly-opened Middlesbrough diner has warned the town’s Albert Road could become a “dead zone” once more, after they were slapped with a rates bill double the average amount for the town.
Pie Jackers couple Neil and Julie Fletcher say the nasty surprise could put them under within their first year – and others like them.
